Independent Bookstore Day!


 

We can hardly wait!

Saturday is Independent Book Store Day and we have a lot of great things planned for you!

The fun starts at 10:00am as Katie Sullivan from Fun-E-Faces will be on hand for kid's face painting.
10:30am Children's Storytime with Hannah Fichandler and Vaughn Fender, author/illustrator of children's book, You and Me.
2:00pm L.M. Pampuro local romantic suspense author signing
4:00pm Elsa Kurt local romance author signing
6:00pm Local Medium Toni Federici will be doing private readings

There will also be food, giveaways, drink specials, and we are participating in the Connecticut Passport.
About the passport:
17 local independent bookstores in Connecticut are teaming up to give you 20% off at each store and a chance to win one of five grand prizes, a $50 gift card to each store! Visit each store over the weekend and you'll be entered to win. Passports will be available at each store and you can turn them in to any store. Click here for the map of store participating.
