“Runes are a great tool for helping us learn about ourselves, the world around us, and other people in our lives. Recognized for centuries as both an alphabet as well as a communication tool for gaining a higher-level perspective, the runes provide us a method to pause and consider what is happening in our lives so we can access our own internal compass that desperately wants to guide us.“
Enjoy a two hour overview of the Runes and make your own set out of either wood or stone.
We are so excited to be hosting a Rune Making class with Delanea Davis, debut author of Rune Reading Your Life. Each attendee will receive instructions and all the materials to make their own runes and handouts.
How do I attend?
Most in-store events are free and open to the public. To join the signing line, please purchase a copy of the author’s new book from That Book Store. Luncheons and other ticketed events in-store require pre-registration and ticket purchase.
Off-site events require a ticket, which usually includes the new book. The cost is dependent on the cost of the book.
Can I get my book from home signed?
A purchase from That Book Store is required to join the signing line; additional books from home of older titles can be signed at the discretion of the author.
Can I get a photo with the author?
Those guidelines are determined by the author and the publisher, so check each event for specifics.
Where should I park?
Our parking lot is located behind our store. Overflow parking for on-site events is available across the street at 449 Silas Deane Hwy. Please do not park at Beaver Brook Animal Hospital.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets for events are non-refundable unless canceled by the presenter or That Book Store.
